FAQ
University-affiliated leases are leases that are geared toward students needing a guarantor to qualify. They are also tailored to academic terms, and - as such - have select move-in terms. Non-university affiliated leases are conventional leases that don't require a guarantor. Professors/Faculty/Staff are welcome to apply via Conventional for more flexible lease terms.

We moved in on the earliest possible date, and it is so nice to be in a brand new apartment complex. The office staff was so friendly and helpful as we coordinated our move in over email and phone call without needing to be at the office in person. We love the location right off of the trails that provide easy access to nearby parks and businesses.

Excellent location to live from top to bottom - the apartments are very nice & I have enjoyed living at The Century thus far. Great amenities and location. The apartments are new, clean, and have nice appliances. I feel the staff is the best part of this apartment complex. They have all been friendly, helpful, and understanding any time I have interacted with them. I can honestly say they are the first apartment staff I can have a conversation with and feel as though I’m being listened to.

We moved in here two months ago and based on our experience so far, the 5 stars is well deserved. The apartments are brand new, have a nice layout and roomy. Appliances are nice and I love their balconies. Abby, Dustin and Rachel have gone out of their way to be helpful. The apartments are a bit disconnected from the busy roads, which is a welcome change for us. There are restaurants nearby and plenty of walking trails in the area. Highly recommend.
